The Global Citizen Fellowships are long-term leadership development opportunities awarded to exceptional young aspiring leaders, who seek to strengthen their capacities to become changemakers for sustainable development.

MJOE

MENTORSHIPS FOR YOUNG AUSTRIAN MUSLIM WOMEN 

This project lead in partnership with the Muslim Youth of Austria (MJÖ) is focused on empowering young Muslim women who face barriers when seeking employment by pairing them with senior female professionals in various fields. This project particularly addressed SDGs 5 Gender Equality and SDG 10 Reduced Inequalities.

ADVISING THE AUSTRIAN GOVERNMENT TO ACHIEVE THE SDGS

The Ban Ki-moon Centre has served in an advisory role to the Austrian government in their implementation of the SDGs through a partnership with the Austrian Federal Chancellery.
