How is the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens funded?

The BKMC is funded by voluntary contributions by governments and private sector donors, individuals and Foundations. The Centre provides detailed narrative and financial reports on its activities to its donors, complying with their reporting requirements and reports to the Ministry of Finance in Austria regarding the Status as a Quasi International Organizations. The BKMC finances are audited annually.

The BKMC Vienna works closely with the Ban Ki-moon Foundation for a Better Future in Seoul, with the IGEE Secretariat at Yonsei University in Seoul, with the Handong University Campus in Seoul, with the US Foundation of the Ban Ki-moon Centre in New York and with the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Sustainable Development at Al-Farabi University in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
