Project Name: „INFO4FOOD“

Oduor Kevin’s SDG Micro-Project focuses on enhancing food security using low-tech dryers to prevent food wastage in Kenya, especially vegetables. INFO4FOOD has a team from different disciplines working on the project. The team includes public health experts to ensure safety of the dried vegetables, agricultural experts to grow food, and engineering students to assemble the dryers. The engineers are also responsible for training project beneficiaries on how to use the dryers. As the founder, Oduor Kevin is responsible for coordinating the team and overseeing the project.
